Thank you for your interest in the I-405 Sepulveda Pass ExpressLanes Project. Metro, in coordination with Caltrans as the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) lead agency, is evaluating alternatives to convert the existing high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes to dynamically-priced, high-occupancy toll (HOT) lanes, also called ExpressLanes, in the southbound and northbound directions of the I-405 Sepulveda Pass, between I-10 and US-101. Comments are now being accepted through Friday, October 1.
